adding profile picture

I have an image on photobucket I'd like to make my profile picture but every time I try to upload it it says it fails. What gives? I'm a techno-tard and can't figure it out

Aren't you supposed to upload it from your PC? Maybe the file is too big; max resolution for profile pics is 200px x 300px.

it says from site or from pc, I shrank it down so its 200x121. I tried to do it from photobucket, but I just copied it to my PC so I'll try it again.

it lets me select the file, but when I click "save changes" it says FAILED! I just double checked its 160x97 and like 37kb so it should be small enough

OK I got that to work but it doesn't display under my name when I post, How do I do that?
