Reverse trigger mechanism.
Stainless steel housing, trigger, and sear. The extra plastic you see is the trigger adjustment system, turning the wheel moves the trigger closer to or further away from the handle for ideal positioning. The housing is wide on top making it very easy to use even 400lb mono, it will not chafe. The reverse trigger design allows the shaft to engage further towards the back of the gun and increases band stretch.
If I tell you how much weight this trigger/handle was successfully tested for you're going to call me liar. So I'll refrain from such claims until I send it to someone in the US who is known for making such tests impartially. Is it Kitto that I should send it to?

Looks nice. Are there gonna be a version without the adjustement wheel? I'll like to keep it simple.

Niiiiiiice, that handle will go with the slick curvy carbon tube from the other post? I like wood but that gun would be looking good, wich size will be available.

Marco, I'm the same way but this adjustment wheel is not at all obtrusive. I think it's well worth it to be able to put the trigger exactly where it needs to be for a variety of hand sizes.
Pucho, I sure would like to put it together with the carbon tube. It will be a little tricky however because you can see the cut has to be on an angle. I think I will have three handle options for the carbon gun including this one.
I will be posting pics of the complete gun shortly. I plan to have it available in all lengths, but at this time I have only what I call 115; 44.5" (113cm) of true band stretch from furthest band hole to furthest sharkfin tab. The actual length of the gun from muzzle to butt is 50.75" (129cm). This length gun is a very good all around gun for our waters.

There's more to come. It just seems like there's a lot to do all at once so I'm doing it in parts.
Spear.
Stainless steel 7mm heat hardened spear. I'll post the specs for the steel later. For the 115 gun the spear is 59" (150cm) long with a 11.5" (29cm) overhang. Two loading sharkfin tabs and a rest tab. The height of the tabs is 4.5mm (0.18"), it's in between mini tabs and full size tabs. Stainless steel barb with a stainless steel cone deflector in front of it. These same spears BTW will be available from Pursuit in lengths up to 180cm for $49.

I'd like to and don't see why not. I just need some time to figure it all out.
Barrel.
Round aluminum barrel with a molded plastic/rubber outer shell. The outer shape is the cuttlefish shape, same as the carbon barrel, but the track is slightly raised.
