Default how often could you train a muscular group?

Can you workout your biceps or forearms everyday? Or that leads to overtrain? Thank you in advance

Are you talking about bodybuilding? When I used to do it, since you're targeting specific muscle groups each workout, I'd do the whole body over a 3 day cycle. So once every 3 days. I hope you're not trying to spot reduce fat?

I was looking for it the other day too.

Overtraining a muscle group is very common. I used to make sure I had at least 48-72 hours between days when I would workout a major muscle group. Abdominals is different as I used to do these daily.
