Welcome new registered members. Please note that your first participation in the forum should be an introduction post in the
Member's Introductions section. In this post you should say something about yourself, where you dive, your spearfishing background etc. While this is a public forum we are in no way obliged to let anyone and everyone in, so think of your introduction post as a petition to join our community. It's required that you do this no later than a week after your registration was approved. Failure to follow this forum rule will result in the new user account being removed.
The rational is that this is a small and personal forum, most members here know each other offline or at least through many communications on the forum. If you're going to be a member of our community we want to know who you are. We also want contributing members and the best way to break the ice and start participating is to introduce yourself. While this may seem stringent at first glance, the kind of people we welcome are those who enjoy sharing their experiences. If you don't intend to post then you can get just as much use out of the forum browsing it as a guest.
