Default Anemones battered

If you like the taste of seafood, have lots of protein, no fat,
Recipe of Doņa Antonia Pascuala Alzamora - Majorca Spain 1009-1994

Ingredients

Sea nettles or Anemones, Flour, Oil or butter Salt and black.

Preparation

1š Take sea nettles with a spoon or tool to finish.

2 ° We put them in a colander and the water had to clean them and be rid
all particles, which they had stuck together.

3 Once clean salaremos slightly, the first pass through egg
then in flour.

4 š Fry in abundant olive oil and fried at once will absorbent paper.

If there is no butter, no matter it's just to give a touch of spice.

and white wine

ramon , no jodas. serio ? they burn like a mother f.... everythime they touch me they burn me like fire, no kidding. but i got to try them and see what they are like. i'll give one to the dog first

well , i don't think i'll do so here , but in my next trip to cuba, i know a place that is frigging full of them , i'd say way to many , and i'll give it a try . i don't think my dad or mom will go for it , but still.....
